I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the inordinate delay in the delivery of my order, Motorola Edge 50 Fusion (Marshmallow Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM), with order number IN[protected].
The order was placed on 21st July with a promised delivery date of 2nd August. Despite this assurance, the delivery date has now been arbitrarily changed to 7th August. This unexpected delay is causing immense inconvenience as I have an urgent need for this product.
It is highly unacceptable that an order placed almost two weeks ago has not yet been delivered, especially when it has been showing as "reached the closest delivery hub" for the past 3-4 days. I have already paid in full for this product and expect it to be delivered without further delay.
I request you to prioritize the delivery of my order and ensure that it reaches me by today or tomorrow at the latest.
