[Resolved] Flipkart — order delayed of steam iron | |||
I have ordered pigeon modern casa 1.0 1200 w steam iron in 29th sept, 2019 and the delivery date provided was 9th oct, 2019.. Since then i have called customer care executive many times and every time they gave me assurance that you will receive your order by 18th oct but it's 19th oct and till now i have not received my order.. Yesterday i called to one of your customer care executive and he told me that my order is out for delivery, i mean how can they lie to the customer. What is the meaning of giving all this offers if can't deliver a product after so many calls Order id-od[protected] I hope flipkart will take some action and will not give some lame excuses.
