[Resolved] Flipkart — order delayed with no status update | |||
A lot of calls, follow ups on order id OD[protected]. But all in vain. No updates on this order. I spent almost 60k and ordered iphone 11. However, the promised day has passed and no action has been taken. The customer care does not have any idea about the whereabouts of my phone. It was out for delivery on 5th jan and no trace since then. Now whenever i call cust support, they just do their job of saying to wait few more days and do not cancel the order even if flipkart made the mistake Was this information helpful? | |||
