[Resolved]  Flipkart — order delivery issue and payment

I placed an order on flipkart on 25th august, 2019. The order payment was done on an emi model, the amount was deducted from my account but didn't reflect on the portal. An issue was raised on 25th august and the flipkart customer care executive stated that the problem will be resolved in 24 hours then post 24 hours i was informed that the flipkart backend team will solve the issue by 28th august and today i got a call from the backend team stating that the issue will be solved in next 48 hours. They keep delaying to solve the issue and keep giving a new date.
