[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order did not placed but amount debit through UPI and after a month not refunded

I ordered a product and amount debited through UPI but ordered did not placed.

At the time I contacted to customer care of Flipkart and they told it will refund within 8 days.

After 8 working days I again contacted them they checked and told they have not received amount. And also told to complain to UPI customer. I have also complaint to UPI center.

I have checked my bank statement that amount has been debuted and the has been transferred to concern account.

payment done INR 799 debited from A/c no. XX1150 on[protected]:07:25 IST at UPI/P2M/[protected]/flipkart/HDFC BANK/.

This issue has been resolved for me from bank side. Flipkart only need to work with their app, if no order placed should not deduct amount. After deduction amount you thrown tension to customer that how customer get back amount after even months. It is better to do offline shoping.
