Flipkart — Order got cancelled by seller wasted my time and efforts & lost all my offers | |
I ordered BIBA Women Striped High low kurta for 800 rupees on 4th October For which I called so many times to Ekart logistics and talked with flipkart customer care so many time, every time they kept promising me that your order will be delivered to you don't worry as your address is right and other products you order with this have also got delivered so your address is not wrong it's operational problem from our side. I visited Ekart logistics office two times. Now all of sudden in the morning I received email saying this "We're sorry to let you know that your order OD[protected] for the below listed items was cancelled by the seller as their partnered courier service provider is currently unable to deliver to your address. If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you" Now if I place new order it will cost me 2500 rupees. Wasted so much of time and didn't received the product and now saying that you can place new order. So lost all the offers and my time & efforts. It feels like together you guys are making us fool. Once you said customer didn't responded when you didn't even try to reach. Then address is wrong whereas same person delivered my other products which was ordered together, they you guys faced operational issue and now cancelled product. I need compensation for this. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 13, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, Order ID:- OD[protected] We are sorry for the trouble caused. The seller has initiated the refund of Rs. 727/- back to the source on Oct 12, 2021 and it will be credited by Oct 20, 2021 as per standard banking procedures. Bank reference number:[protected] The seller has initiated the refund of Rs. 73/- back to the source on Oct 12, 2021 and it will be credited by Oct 20, 2021 as per standard banking procedures. In case, you need any other details, you can contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card. Your kind understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
