I ordered a intex washer for urgent usage in flipkart on friday (Sep 15th) only for its 1 day delivery. But the product arrived as defective on saturday. When i reached out to customer executive they mentioned that refund is possible. So i went and bought a new washing machine from the store. When i again reached out to them they are mentioning that refund is not possible. Addition to that replacement of new washing machine also not reached on scheduled time (19th sep). I didn't expect this kind of bad experience from flipkart. I am very much dissatisfied with customer executives poor conveyance. I need my money back. Following are the blunders by flipkart in this scenario: 1. Sending a defective part while the product need is in urgency for the customer. 2. Promising the delivery date of the replacement as it didn't fulfilled on time. I don't want replacement anymore. I want refund on time else flipkart will face necessary legal actions on court and brand reputation will be destroyed in all the social networks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
