[Resolved] Flipkart — order id: od[protected] | |||||
What the hell is going on??? Its been 10 days since i cancelled the order with Order id:od[protected] from Mail id: [protected]@mail.com And till now i haven't received any refund. Flipkart is getting worse! There is now no way for me to go for my refund! Everytime i call the customer care, they keep on saying that my refund request have been initiated and will be processed shortly. But haven't yet refunded the amount! I am really disappointed! Oct 25, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They provided my refund to the same payment mode that i used for the payment! ofcourse if was delayed. But still they provided it! Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
