[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order ID: OD[protected]

Ordered dell G15 laptop worth 77990 from flipkart on 2nd january to be delivered on 8th Jan 2022. After repeated delays and no progress in order status, on 14th jan flipkart communicated that the product was out of stock and could not be delivered and I should cancel. However, the team mailed saying the amount would be instead refunded as gift points in flipkart wallet. I simply want the order cancelled and a full, unconditional refund to my credit card that was used for purchase.
