[Resolved] Flipkart — order no. od[protected] | ordered poco f1 which was confirmed on 10th oct, but product not packed or dispatched yet

I have ordered poco f1 on 10.10.2018 via order no. Od[protected], the delivery date is 17.10.2018. Today is 17th oct, still the product is not even packed or dispatched from the seller (Vision star). I dont know why they are delivering the product and flipkart team is so helpless to seller that they cannot ask their seller regarding the query and provide us satisfactory answers.

Everytime the complain numbers are being generated and flipkart customer service ask us to wait & wait.

This is not done. We need the satisfactory answers from you/seller.

Updated by ketan.darji1986 I have cancelled the order due to your inefficient service of not delivering the product till 10 long days. No proper response from your CS team and back end office team didn't even bothered to call untill I cancelled the order.
Harassed with pathetic service. Shame on Flipkart !!!
