[Resolved] Flipkart — order no od[protected]. wrong product | |||
Hello flipkart I have ordered dish tv hd box with 1 month super family marathi hd on sun, apr 14th '19 order no od[protected]. As per flipkart site setop box is d 7000 hd and box includes hd set top box, universal remote, 10 metre wire, hdmi cable, dish antenna. This set top box has recording feature and also has usb port. Wrong product delivered on wed, apr 17th '19 by dish tv installation executive contact no. [protected] (Set top box d5004 hd) and he started to set up with antenna then he came in the home to fix set top box that time i asked him that this is not the correct product so he told me that filpkart site is outdated and d 7000 hd is very old product and d5004 is the latest one. That guy done all installation process and left in hurry. When i called dish tv they told me that d 7000 is their latest product and adivsed me to call flipkart as it was purchased from them so i call flipkart and told everything happened. Flipkart executive understood my concern and raised return request on the same day and told me that wrong product will be pikup by on april 19th, 2019, but i waited for pickup but nobody came nor provided any update. There was no communication from flipkart so in the night i called flipkart customer care to know the update on my request. My call was answered by executive dhiraj (Incident:in[protected] but instead of solving my problem dhiraj started arguing with me stating that right product has been delivered and it has everything. Dhiraj was very rude and has no knowledge about the product and that that guy keep talking rubbish. Please teach dhiraj how to talk with customers. I have been told that return is not possible as it is not applicable on this product and my request has been escalted and resolution will be provided by april 24, 2019. So my question flipkart can deliver wrong product but cant accept it. Is this your customer satisfaction policy. As you committed that i will get replacement (Replacement id:[protected]) give my correct product for which i paid my hard money. I trusted flipkart and ordered and you guys are cheating customers by delivering wrong product. I think you should change your tag line to 'we cheat customers and get satisfied'. I never expected this from flipkart. You guys has given me word that will give me replacement now you are giving excuses. If replacement is not possible then take your product back and give my money back to me. I have all the proofs and i think only consumer court is the last option to try.
