Flipkart — Order not being delivered after reaching nearest hub

Its been 2 days since the product reached the nearest hub and still pending to deliver. It was about to deliver by 28 Sept.

They are not comitting a final date of delivery the automated machine keeps changing the delivery date firstly by 3rd of Oct now 5th of Oct.

No final date on the app itself
The customer care is useless.
