[Resolved] Flipkart — Order not delivered and automatic cancel | |||
Dear sir.. I ordered hp laptop from flipkart order successfully placed and also payment done.. I purchased order at discount price 24990 after 6 days company said that your pin code area not matched for delivery.. Which is not possible because i purchased many product from flipkart on this address and successfully i received also.. But this product not received. Company cancel my order without give me proper reason and now laptop price on 28000.. Without discount.. What i do sir... Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved I talk to customers care via telephonic and emails but not satisfactory answer by flipkart.. He every time said that your area pin not cover this product.. But this is not mention that time of order..and company cancel my order without any proper reason..
