Flipkart — order not delivered : worst in delivery and website management.

Hi,
We have ordered the fridge and it should be delivered on oct-03-19. It's been 10 days since the flipkart page display's the order will be delivered on oc-03, but there is no action i could see even after the multiple requests made to customer care as well. I have seen the sms that package has arrived at flipkart logistics hub on oct-02. With frequent follow-ups, the customer executive told the package will be delivered on the next day, but every day passing, experiencing the bad service from that either the web page got updated nor the package was delivered.

Hi Flipkart team,

Thanks and I appreciate the prompt action on this issue.

But we are concerned about handling the package during shipment & delivery. It's really very bad that the delivery guys mishandling the package (especially electronic goods) irrespective of what kind of object they are shipping.

1. They have horizontally held the fridge.
2. Literally I have forced the delivery boy who held the top side of the fridge to go first on the steps. They don't care about which side they are holding (top/bottom).
3. They aren't concerned about wear and tear and they simply told that Flipkart will replace if there is any damage (which could severely cause the life span of the device and also our time).

I request the logistic management should take necessary steps at least to train/educate them regarding this.
