[Resolved] Flipkart — order not placed | |||||
I placed an order for denim jacket and white tshirt(TXN ID:TX[protected] today and chose debit card as payment method.The payment was successful and the amount got deducted.But, the order is not placed yet.I keep getting the same annoying message from flipkart telling your order will be placed, if not it will be refunded.I want the complete amount to be refunded or the order to be taken. Bad experience.I regret for switching from amazon to Flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jul 22, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding amount debited but order was not confirmed, we have interacted with customer and customer confirmed that he received the order and issue has been resolved. Hence closing this case from our team.
