Flipkart — order of mobile phone which I cancelled

On 3 june 2019 I ordered a mobile phone worth 10990 from FLIPKART and made payment through visa debit card and on 4 june 2019 I cancelled the order. On 5 june 2019 I got a email and text message that my money has been refuded but till now it has not been deposited in my account. I have contacted the customer of Flipkart so many times and they said that the refund is done from their side now it is bank who is responsible for the amount to be deposited. So I contacted the bank customer care and and visited branch personally so many times and the bank is saying that no refund has been done yet. I am very tired now please help me
