[Resolved] Flipkart — order paid but not yet received the product | |||||
Dear team flipkart I have ordered oppo f9pro through flipkart on 30th aug 2018 and expected date of arrival was 1 sep but on first i got an msg that your order is delayed by 3days and when i was tracking my ph was misrouted in same city so called flipkart customer care got same answer my phone will come as promised time, but suddenly it was cancelled on 4th through seller and my money was stucked with the bank. When i got the money back in my card again i have done the same mistake ordered new ph vivo v11pro thorough flipkart and got and expected date of arrival 13/09/2018. Again recieved the same message order is delay by 3days and showing the same tracking (Misrouted in same city) now i am worried that my order will come or not and if not what about my offer money, my time which is wasted by flipkart. Request to you to resolve the issue and change courier partner so customer can contact courier company for further details. You can reach on phone at below mentioned number.
