Hi team,
I placed on order on 11th oct - flipkart big billion day for the above mentioned product & i paid for it. Its been more than a month still product not delivered/ no assurance on delivery. Instead they keep requesting me to cancel the order after making me go through all the pain they gave.

Spoke to about 25-30 care executives
Multiple escalations
Multiple email follow ups. If possible check the call logs & emails
Kindly take a strict action against them & help me get my product asap
