Flipkart — order was canceled from slipkart end but why should i pay for emi interest and pre closure charges for the mistake at flipkart end

Do not buy products from flipkart. They cheated me and used my money. I had done a transaction for 71052 inr on 28th aug for buying furniture through debit card emi. Transaction was done through bank but flipkart did not gave me any order confirmation. The order was not showing up in my orders section. I called them and they said within 24 hrs either the order would be confirmed ory money would be given back. They did not call me in 24 hrs. I had to call them and check for status and they said my order is cancelled and my money would be given credited by 2 nd sept. Since it was hdfc debit emi, the consumer loan was passed and emo schedule was created for an item which i did not received. When i called bank they said flipkart did not return the amount till 3rd sept so they had to create the emi schedule. I called flipkart again and they responded me on 12th sept sayingy amount of 71052 will be refunded by 25th. Which means i have to close the consumer loan by paying 3% penalty and 18% gst. Which means i had to pay bank 75k for the product for which order was not created. Flipkart clearly says its an issue from their end but they ask me to pay the penalty from my pocket and my they will only credit 71052 on 25th sept. Which means they had my money for almost one month and i had to pay the penalty. Flipkart customer care was rude and had no knowledge. This issue happened with me on 22nd aug as well. When i made a payment of 74k but order was not confirmed and flipkart credited the amount to my card after 15 days. Not sure flipkart is using this stuck up money for some illegal practises. I will for sure lodge a complaint with consumer court. I know this will not impact flipkart as they do not care about customers. But i will ensure i will fight for the cause, where i am sure other customers like me are also facing mental harassment with flipkarts way of doing business. Customers please support me in this matter.
