[Resolved] Flipkart — ordered a laptop didn't get delivered by the promised date. | |||
Ordered a laptop on flipkart using emi facility, from last five days, the product is at nearest delivery hub to my place but they are not delivering it. I can't understand what the problem is and flipkart customer service is the worst one i have ever seen. My delivery date is in between 17th to 20th jan. 2018, on 20th jan. The customer service people are telling that the product is going to deliver by 24th jan. 2018. It was so urgent to me i'm waiting for the product from the last 5 days even though the customer service people can't understand the consumer problem. The deliver hub is also not so far to me i even requested them that i will go to hub and collect the product but even tough they are not willing to say the delivery hub address. And the customer service can't even explain what the problem is and why my product is not delivering. Was this information helpful? | |||
