Verified Support Jan 09, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, customer state that the issue is been resolved and he thought there might be a disc or something, then came to know about the code which has in that and have to download to get the product, as complaint is been resolved, closing the case.
