I had ordered a Bluetooth headphones on 8th Sep, it was out for delivery on 11th but I got a message that "Delivery has been rejected" I contacted Flipkart on the same and they assured that delivery will be re attempted next day. Next day they told me that it will be delivered within 3 days. After 3 days they asked for another 3 days. On 19th Sep, they asked me to cancel the product, I denied. but they cancelled it themselves and updated the resolution as "customer denied the accept the order" which was not true at all.
I again ordered this on 21st Sep from my wife's account and exactly same happened and product got cancelled on 29th Sep.
I again ordered it on 29th Sep and now same thing is happening again.
I have called flipkart multiple times but seems there is no resolution and also everytime they cancel the order and update comment as customer rejected/cancelled the order.
Please Help.
