Od[protected] an order was placed for 12.9 inch screen (Champu tempered glass for apple ipad) protector for i pad pro 12.9 in ch i pad, but sincerely regret to inform that i have received screen protector which does not suits to my i pad pro 12.9 inch. Request you to please look into it, as screen protector is very small compare to my requirement. Tried to chat with your customer care and also a message left to call back as per your procedure but no response from them.

Request you to please look into and revert asap.
