[Resolved] Flipkart — paid flipkart pay later due amount but they keep on saying transaction is failed while i have proof that transaction was successful | |||
I purchased a boat rockerz 510 headphone worth 1799 rs from flipkart and availed their pay later system and i was given a deadline to pay the due amount within 10th of april. I paid the amount on 3rd april, my money got debited from sbi bank account and i also got a confirmation message and also a reference no for the transaction was generated. But flipkart is saying they did not receive the amount and also saying that the transaction was cancelled. But i have proof that the transaction was successful, my money got debited and i am not supposed to pay them 1799 rs again for a glitch in their side. I confirmed from state bank of india, they also confirmed that the transaction is successful and flipkart surely got the money. So, i request consumer complaint forum to look into the matter and ask flipkart to update that they received the money and reset my pay later credit account. Was this information helpful? | |||
