Flipkart — Partial non delivery of order and false claim of delivery | |||
I ordered 4 items on 15 April, 2014 9:26 PM [OD[protected]], out of which I received 2 items on 18 April, 2014 and 1 item on 20 April, 2014, but never received the 4th item [Old Spice After Shave Lotion - Musk (100 ml)]. After waiting till 23 April [estimated delivery date], first I e-mailed to Flipkart's customer care id and when I didn't get any response, I called up their number, and they said as per the update they received from their courier partner ekart logistics, my order had been already delivered on April 19, 2014 and received by no one else but me!!! I asked for the proof of delivery copy but till date, I didn't receive anything. I'm 100% sure this item was never delivered to me perhaps due to packaging problem at their end (if the delivery person has not stolen this item)! I'm a regular customer of flipkart and bought several products from them, but after this kind of careless/ irresponsible behavior, I won't ever bother to purchase anything from Flipkart anymore and will request others to do so. Thanks to their horrendous customer support and equally incompetent ekart logistics! On 29 April, 2014 a telephone call from the customer Care informed me that the issue would be solved in 48 hours but I have not yet received any positive reply from them.
