I hope most of you are aware of the most fraudulent e-commerce service of India, one and only Flipkart.
This is not new to the customers like us, as you must have heard of the bakwas flipkart service and cheating.
I am writing this mail in public interest, so that at least some of you will be cautious when you need to buy from flipkart.
For viewers understanding, let me describe my issue again.
On 8th of October. I had placed an order for Moto G second Generation worth Rs:12999, and the expected date of delivery was 18th of October.
Well, I was notified by mails and SMS that product is been dispatched, and I was eagerly waiting for the day.
But I had not got any delivery from flipkart even after 18th. I called up customer care in frustration and asked for the status.. one lady spoke to me, and said it has been returned by me.
I got surprised, then I made myself to come out of that shock and asked her for the details.
She argued with me that for sure it was rejected by you, then i replied back how come I can receive the product and return without having any call from executive, and I asked for a proof for the visiting of their executive to my place, she has no proof for that.
After arguing with her for sometime, she agreed that it is a mistake from their side and started asking sorries .
I shouted on her for that, and asked for the compensation and she agreed to refund 10% as token of apologies.
Till here it went like this.. now the actual drama begins..
She said refund will take 1week time.
I waited for 1 week, . I didn't get refund. .. called up customer care.. and i was asked to wait for 2 more days.
Again.. my turn started.. kept on calling them. but the answer was same, "Concerned team is looking into your issue"., for my understanding they would have taken 1 day to read one line of my complaint.
But still ok, I said take actions to get the refund in a day or two.
again they committed on the confirmation date as 1st of Nov.
Again my waiting turn has started., but refund didn't happen on the said date.
Again called them up, and spoke to one of the nice guys from Flipkart (must me a manager). He said refund will happen with in 90 mins. But I was very much impressed by his way of handling the customers and degrading themselves.. he agreed that they are the worst providers in India, if you are not satisfied you can go for any other ecommerce site.. that was the answer from Mr.Lohit Kumar, which I never heard from any customer care people of any service provider.
I said. I am not bothered about your business. I want the refund to happen by endof the day. he said it wont take much time than 90mins.
Cool.. again it didn't happen.. again called up flipkart. and the new random date given was 03rd of Nov.
Fed up of their replies and same useless answers.. and now the date is 06th of Nov.
Could you guess what happened now.. u must be thinking I would have got the refund..??
No I didn't get it.
Imagine how helpless I was, I had to request them to giveback my own money..:(
Now the new random date is 13th Nov..
So you thinking I have got the refund on 13th.. No friends.. those cheaters again showed their back..
Refund was not done..
Now the new date is 16th of Nov..
Still I am not sure about it.. but I had got a message about it on 17th Nov, that credit is done.. Thank god.
Now could anyone tell me.. what kind of compensation I can ask now.. they cheated me by giving false commitments and rude answers, it took more than 1month for the refund to happen.
By considering my experience with great flipkart.. do you dare to raise an order???
I would like to request you not to consider flipkart for any kind of purchases.. their products are not genuine ..specially laptops and mobiles.. they are delivering faulty products.
Guys don't waste your money and time ..
Now requesting consumer complaints team to do justice for the time i have spent with flipkart people..
