On 25th March 2023, My flipkart account has been hacked and purchased a Nothing mobile using pay later account emi for 31568.00, I have not initiated this transaction and i have not received/shared any otp regarding the same. Flipkart team didn't help with de-activating account after fraud, I had to wait till next day (After 12 AM) to access the account and deactivate.Later Customer Support called me on 26th may around 1 AM and said flipkart will resolve this issue from their end no need to raise a cybercell complaint. I received a call today (27th March 2023) they said they can not help with this issue and for all my questions they were saying "No Comment" or "Can't Comment". I have not received any transaction ID for pay later on my email or mobile I just received 31568.00 is utilized and Invoices, because of this i am not able to raise any complaint on cybercell. I tried reaching out flipkart support to reactivate the account to download the information and they failed o resolve the issue. Because of this i was unable to raise a complaint on Cybercell
