Flipkart — Payment deducted from my bank account but the seller did not receive the amount and the order not delivered

I had ordered a product from Flipkart on 20th of July 2022. Logistic partner Ekart Logistics attempted the delivery on 21st of July. The delivery person who came sent me a link that belonged to Mswipe to make the payment. I made a payment of 1499 using the same link through the Paytm UPI option and the money got deducted from my bank account immediately. My bank account statement reflects the same as well. However, the logistic partner denied the seller to have received any amount and refused the delivery. The order which I placed has now been cancelled. However, I am yet to get my money back into my bank account.

Please have a look at the issue and do the needful.
