[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment refund is not credited in my bank account.

I ordered redmi note 7 pro (Space black 4/64) on 5/4/19, but i want a blue colour so i cancelled my order but payment is done by sbi debit card of rs.13999. Flipkart said payment will refund in your account within 7-10 (Working day's), and they give a date.15/04/19. I waited for that date but payment is not refunded in my account. I called consumer care of flipkart they said payment is refunded on 5/04/19.
After some time they call me back and said payment is refund from flipkart but due to some reason your payment is stuck in your bank so please contact sbi consumer care and ask them.
After i call sbi consumer care but they said payment is not refunded, flipkart is third-party application so, we cant do anything. If payment is done by flipkart then it will deposite in your account.
Again i call flipkart then they said wait for 19/04/19 your probleam will resolved soon.
On 20/04/19 i call them and ask about payment refund then that time they said visit your bank. After a call i visited my sbi bank but the employee in bank has no information related this issue and i am finally come home.
On that day, i call flipkart and said what happened with me, then they said we will send tranction id check it, i check it in bank but bank employee said no informatin is available.
Now what should i do please help me with my issue
