I have placed an orderfor philips fidelio headphones which are being sold by seller: choice online for ₹3499. Today on 12th june 2017 i have received the package and the first thing i have noticed was the seal was broken and when i have opened the package there was no product at all. The box was empty. I tried calling them thrice and the customer support are saying no refund is possible and only a replacement and i agreed for that as i just need the product. They said of raising a complaint on this and when i checked the account it is updated as return is rejected. They deliberately put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and i was on call for 30 minutes. The money i have spent is from the death benefit received by me due to my father passing away. We are three in our family and my mother is an employee. I just need the refund or the product. Please help.

I got the replacement product today and the package was intact unlike the earlier one which was torn and taped on stealing the product. Someone from the logistics are opening the packages and are replacing with trivial things and sometimes leaving them empty.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
