[Resolved] Flipkart — phones not delivered | |||
I had ordered three phones during the big billion day sale. One reached by the stipulated time. However, the first two phones i had ordered on 10 oct have not yet arrived. They were to be delivered by 14 oct and have not been delivered till 19 october. There is a huge communication gap between the customer support guys and the ekart logistics. They just do not work together. I keep getting messages that my issue will be resolved by a certain date. Then i get another message that there will be a further delay.
