[Resolved] Flipkart — poor bass and average sound of headphones | |||||
I have ordered flipkart smartbuy headphones.. I don't know what was the smartness in that product... Such a poor bass and average sounding headphones... And then i called customer support... A worst customer support experience... Their name should be policy support. I told them that these headphones have poor bass then they told me to replace. I have asked for return and these guys have denied it and told that it cannot be possible because it is against our policy.. Now u guyz tell me if you have ordered headphone and you don't like them so what u are gonna do? Will you replace them? Will you ask for refund? Ofcourse, you will return them, but they denied for return? So what am i gonna do with that headphones? And customer support also told me that they are not helpful for me in this case... Worst customer support and your website could also show me the popup "refund not available for this product" so i won't book it. Without hearing the sound how can i justify the sound...
