[Resolved] Flipkart — poor support | |||||
Received a external hard disk. They claimed it has 2 years warranty from date of purchase. But when i checked offical hp site for warranty, warranty status was already active and was about to expire in 30 days. I raised several complaint with customer support team and no one responded properly. Hp authorized service center has openly stated to provide warranty support for the remaining 30 days. I got this product on 11 aug 2017 from flipkart, but the official warranty period is from sep 26 2016 to sep 25 2017 Was this information helpful? | |||||
