[Resolved] Flipkart — Prepaid order marked as delivered without being delivered | |
I ordered Women's watch set on 19th July 2021 through https://flipkart.com and paid the order amount. The order id associated is OD[protected]. But the order is marked as delivered on 24/07/21 without delivering the item. I've been contacting their customer support but no solution got or couldn't get my money or the item. My contact no. Jul 31, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After complaining in this forum only taken action and got my money back.
Otherwise contacting customer care, they were blabbering some nonsense and keep on dragging, so many calls, they put on hold keep waiting long and finally cut the call.
And put message like that you got the product delivered like, we're trying to cheat.
Worst delivery and delivery agents.
Now got resolved in a single call that also from them and getting my money back. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 30, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
