I was order on sat, dec 8th '18 a prestige pkoss electric kettle (1.5 l, silver) it got delivered on dec 15th 2018. There is problem in kettle cap is not working and switch bottom is very loose and in this switch bottom dropping water that's why the kettle auto shut-off is not working this problem is starting in last 13 days ago.
