[Resolved]  Flipkart — problem in the laptop hardware

I had purchased a laptop from flipkart and it was a free dos when i consulted with the team they said to consult with the technician. Even after installing a new os the problem is still there. Now i came to know that it has a problem with the hardware. It has a warranty of 1 year and now i want to claim my warranty as against the product since the hardware problem was already there from the day i purchased it.

This is to inform you people that I had received Prestige induction top which was broken. Replace it immediately or I will file FIR for harrasement. I received it at 12:15 pm on 22nd December 2018.
