Flipkart — problem on order id-od[protected] not resolved

I ordered for kodak 80 cm (32 inches) smart hd ready led tv (32hdxsmtfk[protected]) on 26.02.2019 and received delivery on 04.02.2019. But after installing by your authorized technician some sound problem arose there. It was vibrating sound in the audio system. Flipkart was informed about the problem and a technician attended and tried to remove the problem by adjusting the installation error and also setting of sound by remote. But the problem didn't remove and still persists. Flipkart and kodak tv both assured to remove the problem by replacing it with a new problem free one. But till date and time it is unresolved. Pl. Expedite the process to make me worried free.

The customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
