[Resolved] Flipkart — Problem with Moto G | |||
I bought Moto G in the last week of February and soon after 3 months i faced problem with it. The vibration was not working properly as it goes on-off now and then. On 31 May, I went to Moto G service centre -"Best Services" at Netaji Subhash Place. When analysed they told me that there is a problem with phone’s motherboard and will be replaced by the Motorola company in 4-5 days of time frame. When I called them after 5 days, each time I get a response that it will take another 4-5 days. Now it has been 12 days, this time they replied that the phone won’t be replaced and they will repair the motherboard when the desired component is available without any time frame. I would strongly condemn this kind of service and product quality. This is highly undesirable keeping in view the Customer Relationship. I faced a similar problem; the phone getting on-off frequently. I went to the repair centre Sri Vinayaka Electronics in Hyderabad;they informed me that its probably the motherboard problem. They report it to the company. Now, almost 10 days gone, I am still waiting for any resolve.
