Hi there,
My name is Kapil Goyal. I ordered a product on flipkart whose order date is 17 May 2022 . Whose order id is OD[protected]. The expected date showing after ordering was 24 May 2022. On May 24, the date changed to May 30. I waited till 30th May. Even after that the product was not received. After that I spoke to the customer care. she asked for 1-2 days' time. Even after that I did not receive the product. On 5th June I called customer care again then I told them either my money should be refunded in 1-2 days or my product should be delivered. He again started asking for time and said that now delivery will be done by 9th June. In this way they have been extending the date. Then I said that in place of my product, there could have been some essential stuff. Then I told them to return my money today or in 1-2 days only. Then he also gave a lot of time to return the money and said that we cannot tell you the time of arrival of money nor can we tell in how many days the product will be delivered.
Please take appropriate action. Every time I call, it is said that your product will be delivered in a day or two. I told him I am complaining in consumer court so he told me where to complain.
