On thrusday 15/03/2018 i have ordered a laptop scheduled to be delivered on friday 16/03/2018 but still not delivered yet (Sunday 18/03/2018) try to contact flipkart support but not really effective. Product tracking mis routing in the same city for last 2 days. Customer care executive only just mis guiding me only by repeating same things like we like assist you on the issue but it is totally on logistic partner to when they gonna deliver, actual reason delay is still a mystery. Verified Support May 28, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint related to delay in delivery. We have interacted with the customer and customer has confirmed that he received the product, hence apologized for the delay customer agreed. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
