Flipkart — Product delivery delayed and hurting customer sentiments | |
Order ID OD[protected] The issue that I have experienced was: Product delivery issue. The product was 6km away from my home and still, they did not deliver and are not giving any actual reason for cancellation. I received an email from Flipkart saying that the product will be cancelled as cannot perform delivery. The product was ordered before lockdown. The product was reached from a different state to Mumbai Maharashtra during lockdown time. They don't have any reason to not deliver my product They are hurting customer sentiments by refunding the delivery charge of Rs37 for wasting 3 days waiting for a small product. 3 days of delay and paying 37 rs against it. It means Flipkart is buying customers for Rs 37. OR Flipkart is bribing Rs 37 to customers for keeping their mouths shut for the delays and mistakes created by their end. Flipkart I never asked for a refund nor I asked for any compensation, I am still expecting the delivery of my product. Just Deliver it ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |
