Flipkart — Product description is not complete on their site, and flipkart refusing to take the product back

Hi I ordered a Panasonic SR-Y22FHS 5.4 L Multicooking Cooker (Silver) on flipkart on 27th Oct 2013, the order id is OD[protected]. Flipkart delivered the product today around 1 hour back. The flipkart site neither mentioned how many pans will be given with the cooker. So I checked with panasonic showroom, the panasonic showroom is giving two pans with the cooker, so I thought the flipkart will give me two pans as they will get two from panasonic, and placed the order. After opening the order I found that the cooker came with only one cooking pan. I checked flipkart site if they are selling the pan separately so that I can buy another pan, but they are not selling pan separately. I called flipkart and asked them to either take the cooker back or to let me to exchange the cooker with some other product. But flipkart simply saying "the cooker is as mentioned in pictures on their site, the flipkart site don't have pictures of two pans so they won't take the cooker back". Their site has only one picture of the cooker, it neither has picture of pan or any accessories comes along with the cooker, and the site hasn't mentioned number of pans they will give. I asked flipkart the same, But the flipkart not answering that, and just says cooker is as per picture. Here is the link for the product: Now the cooker has become useless for me, very tough to get another pan of the same size and same type separately in outside outlets near my house. I need two pans as I am a working woman, don't have time to wash and cook again after coming from office in the night time. The product was delivered just an hour back, I haven't used it, it is as new as delivered, still flipkart not accepting to take the product back or to exchange with other product and simply showing picture on their site, which has only picture of the cooker. I thought of helping out atleast other customers and posted a review about the product on flipkart site, but flipkart not posting my review, they post only positive reviews and fake reviews cheating customers.
