[Resolved]  Flipkart — product honor 7s is different performance wise want refund

All time seller reject refund request then wht is 10days refund policy of flipkart for customer security for advance payment for mobile

I had purchaed honor 7s phone from flipkart
Having order id od[protected]
When i try to make return request for refund then every time they arrenge technician for phone which is new and the technician came at my address two times and rejected the application saying this phone is already slow by default
And there is no hardware issue every time this stupid technician make my application rejected

He know already phone is slow but all time reject my application and said contact to flipkart
I already talked to flipkart they said contact to technician bcz he can make application approve for return only

Now 5th time request return and seller rejected 2time my request and flipkart unable to resolve my issue and refund me for this performnce wise slow product which wrong description on flipkart shows

Everytime seller rejected so please tell me what is flipkart 10days policy of return for securing its valuable customer if seller do fraud willfully and reject return request everytime

Please help me im tired bcz of making calls to care executives of flipkart and this stupid technician too

This indiflasmart seller also rejected 4th times my refund request and dont know flipkart 10days policy is where working

This is like flipkart own franchise who done fraud with all customer and after receiving payment in advance give worse product or defective product

And when we make return application this seller alwsy reject refund request all time

That means he done fraud all time to all customer and still if he is in flipkart site as seller that means its flipkart own seller or franchise of flipkart

Hopefully consumer complaint help me regarding my order

Bcz i hv made 2 request of complaints here about this seller of flipkart site and flipkart replies that problm resolved here in revert but actualyy no refund issued yet they are lapses time frame of 10days only in my case 4days by technician 3days by seller and now only 3 days lapse dont know flipkart resolving this or not within these days but im sure if no refund is made i file appeal to court about flipkart for compensation about this and make sure seller shop permanently closed by my lawyers

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on May 27, 2019 and will be delivered on or before May 29, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
