[Resolved] Flipkart — product is missing and they also blocked my account | |
Respected sir/madam I placed an order through www.flipkart.com. my order ID- OD[protected] After receivd my parcel I saw there was no product inside the box.Then I placed a return and refund request but flipkart cancelled the request.After cancelled my return request again i placed 3 times return request but every time flipkart cancelled it and block my flipkart account i called them and they told me that they provide me resolution and everytime they told me sorry and say u can file complaint against us and they also didnt provide me proper reason for blocking my they said u have placed many time return request so your account is blocked i paid 6500rupees and i return i just got two empty box please help me ..and please intiate me my refund Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 28, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
