[Resolved] Flipkart — (product missing) canon 185 camera | |||||
On august 16 we have received canon 285 camera package. When we open the parcel camera box seems like seal is already opened and pasted with the Cellophane tape. We are shocked and once we open we see that only data cable and charger were available whereas camera and battery was missing. On the same day itself we called that courier guy and he told that he is not responsible for that and we have to contact customer care. We called customer care immediately and they raised complaint request as well but there were no proper response yet. After 2 business days we received email That request is rejected. Verified Support Sep 19, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer as per customers complaint informed him that the request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact. Hence closing the case from our end.
