[Resolved] Flipkart — product missing - flipkart cheating | |||||
I had order for 2 nos of " XP PEN DECO 03 " product through Flipkart on 19th October 2018 and got delivery of only one unit on 23rd October 2018 but the Invoice has been done for 2 nos...I had done 100% payment on 19th October itself against the purchase. After knowing one unit missing...I had called Customer care immediately to complain about the missing product but they had very casually taken the complaint mentioning as Order Cancellation / Return category of this Product...I was told I will receive call from Customer care and the issue will be resolved within 4th of November 2018 ..i.e., after 11 days of the complaint registration..also no call had come entire day from Flipkart...Again I had called them in the evening asking for the status but I got the Standard reply it will be resolved within 4th of November 2018...I don't have solution till now for this even after making 100% payment...Flipkart doesn't have any complaint or feedback link on their website...Flipkart is a third-class online portal and they are just not eligible to Sell online with their third-class infrastructure. I suggest public to buy products only though Cash-On-Delivery mode...I strongly suspect Flipkart is deliberately doing such cheatings... Was this information helpful? | |||||
