Flipkart — product neither getting delivered nor refund. | |||
I ordered a furncentral study table from flipkart on 30th september and in one month time span also flipkart was unable to deliver the product to me. After then losing all hope of delivery, i cancelled the product on 1st nov and today is 9th nov and they have not provided me with the refund. I called customer care for refund they are saying like when the product will get back to the seller from that day onwards it may take upto 8 more buisness day for my money to get back to my account. There should be a fixed promise date for either delivery or refund. And one should stick to it and if couldnot provide some compensation to customers. In one month they couldn't deliver it to me lets say for another one month if they did not returned it back to seller then j have to waith for 1 more month and then 8 more days technically to get my money back.
