[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not deliver from last 40 days

I have ordered 2 products august beautiful dream beauty makeup set. And reebok zora flip 1 m's flip flops products on big billion days, schedule deliver 5th oct 2019 and 3rd oct 2019 order id - od[protected] payment done by credit card, but still not received both product,
• for this concern i have raised compliant on 24th oct 2019 in flipkart and flipkart promise to delivery on 28th oct 19 but again could not delivered again extend their delivery schedule to 30th oct 19.
• this concern further escalated on social platform twitter on 28th oct 19 since not delivered from last 1 month post comment on twitter i got call from [protected] he introduce him that he is calling from flipkart as seller.
• but seller used foul language and told that “you will not get any product” nor “get money also”. When i asked him who is on the phone line he told me some foul language. When i asked who is on the line - he said - main tera baap bol raha hun. Kabhi bhi parcel nahi milega.
• request your serious intervene, i am attaching current status of both orders
