[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered #[protected]

I have booked a birthday gift from flipkart. The company promise me that delivery will me on jun 1st. Still yesterday its shown as delivery should me on june 1st. But today it's showm as june 5th. Flipkart says its in cochin as of 31 st. But cochin to perumbavoor have 1 hrs bus travelling.
My friend birthday is today. My entire plan is dropped with this delay. Only the dtdc have this issue.

We regret to inform that the order has been delayed due to unforeseen reasons. The courier service provider has confirmed that the order shall be delivered on or before June 05, 2019.
