[Resolved] Flipkart — product not delivered after full amount payment | |||
I had placed an order for oppo f11 pro on the 13th of march, 2018. It was supposed to delivered on the 16th of march. It was then edited by them itself and changed to 18th without any information to customer. Unable to cancel the order on the site as well. The response from customer care flipkart is terrible because no one is willing to take responsibility for this! I still have not received the order even though the status shows that the shipment is in the hub close to my house. Even now, there has been no action or any sort of grievance redressal by flipkart. Extremely irresponsible customer care and no action by flipkart! Was this information helpful? | |||
